Statwand
By accessing or using Statwand (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental consent to use the Service. Users aged 13–17 may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The Service requires a compatible Apple iPhone mobile device to function. To access the Service, you must download the Statwand mobile application from the Apple App Store, available here. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the necessary technical specifications and has the required internet connectivity to access and use the App. Statwand is not responsible for any inability to use the Service due to incompatible hardware or failure to download the App.
You must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You may only upload videos that:

4.3 You represent and warrant that every upload complies with Section 3. Violation will result in immediate account termination, deletion of content, and permanent ban, with no refund.
By uploading a video, you grant Statwand a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to:
6.1 Video analysis typically takes 1–7 days depending on length, queue, and complexity. We make no guarantee of turnaround time.
6.2 Results (shots, rebounds, etc.) are estimates provided “as-is.” We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. You may not rely on results for medical, coaching certification, or scouting decisions.
7.1 Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and auto-renew until cancelled.
7.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds.
7.3 We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
You may not:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice and with or without refund, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY OF STATISTICS, UPTIME, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATWAND’S TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Statwand, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your uploads or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded between you and Statwand only, and not with Apple. Statwand, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is limited to a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Maintenance and Support: Statwand is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App as specified in these Terms, or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you (if applicable). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
